I had an incredible experience this year at INCOSE IS 2018 in Washington, DC. It was a great place to host the international conference. My highlights were: (1) meeting so many people on Monday at our UConn UTC IASE booth that I ran out of swag the first day, (2) answering the question, "What makes your graduate SE Academic Programs (Master's of Engineering in Advanced Systems Engineering) so "Advanced"? (3) talking about our graduate SE academic programs with NASA, (4) witnessing and participating in intense conversations about how to implement SE, MBSE, and Systems Thinking in organizations and what being Agile means, and (5) learning about new methods and tools to help engineers design complex systems. How was everyone else's experience this year?
